Terrible terrible terrible! I’ve had 2 people that I have had unpleasant experiences with. One: a man who “helped” us order our checks was rather no help at all. I requested our new address to be put on there as well as my changed name, but what did he do? He put our old address on there and my name wasn’t changed! I had to go through the agonizing process through another branch to get it changed. Two: We tried doing a home loan which was going great until we were told we needed to put 3% down ourselves when we thought we were getting down payment assistance. Turns out she’s out us in a conventional loan when we thought we were getting an FHA loan to get down payment assistance. She then was processing it to see if she’d be able to to do the FHA loan for us and would contact us the next morning. The next day came and no call at all. I then decided it was time for a new lender because she never went over what loans we qualified for in the beginning and never explained the process. She just gave us stuff to sign and not really any contact at all. Our lender was always busy and was never able to contact us when we had so many questions. This is a lazy branch and I can’t wait to move and be away from the ones who gave us awful experiences. Don’t go to Elaine Bair for a loan. Go to a mortgage broker.

I had never been to this location but I loved it. The facility was really nice and the employees were great. Tiffany and Justin were both so nice. Tiffany went above and beyond service. Definitely recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience at USU credit union today. I do not personally bank with them but I had to come in for a transaction with another credit union. The staff was so friendly. I was greeted by a few different people as I walked in. I was personally helped by Dylan and he made sure my needs were met. He was very friendly and personable. I would recommend this credit union to my friends and family.

UPDATE the staff there are great. Knowledgeable, helpful, and have been able to help me when I’ve needed it. —- The new branch location has poor customer service. All the people who made this place great before (inside Lee’s) are gone. Now it’s just younger college kids who don’t care and don’t follow through. Severely disappointed. This branch has a shiny new beautiful building but their new hires are incompetent.

I always have a positive experience when I visit this branch. Very friendly and professional staff. Amber and Tiffany were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this branch! A+ service every time I visit.

I had a couple of things I needed to change. I sat with an agent for about 20 minutes and he took care of all of my needs and concerns. He listened and made sure we were both in the same page. Very helpful.

Rachel was very knowledgeable, personable, quick, and helpful. I appreciated her interest in me and my finances. I would definitely recommend Goldenwest!

Tiffany Bruner was very efficient and knowledgeable in making the loan process painless. She was amazing to work with! Justin Bouck jumped in to help out as well. I will definitely work with them again!
