The ladies at Utah Title loan are amazing and super easy to work with! I came in on short notice in an emergency situation and they were friendly and very patient and understanding. Without jumping through any hoops or over complicating things they set me straight and sent me on my way! If you ever find yourself in a similar situation you shouldn’t take your business anywhere else !

Everything was fine til we paid our loan off & required the title back. There is a 30 day hold on the title after the cashier's check is received....fine. I can deal with that. What I DO have a hard time dealing with is the fact that this company claims they have no way of getting me a document that says I've paid them off so I can register my vehicle. So I am now at risk of a ticket because I have no other vehicle to drive.
