I first did my loan online and was emailed right away with follow up questions and I also had questions as well and they were answered very quickly and I didn’t have to wait a couple days to hear a response. Once I made it into the store, April was so helpful and friendly with the whole process and it literally was so quick and I didn’t feel like I was being judged or attacked with questions on why I needed the loan! Even explaining the terms of the loan was very quick and easy to understand! So thank you! You helped out a lot!
