The people who work at 1st Choice have always treated me with kindness and professionalism. They are responsive and incredibly fast at processing loans so that you can access the money needed quickly.

Just no wiggle room as a company to help you out. During a pandemic I lost my job and had a loan out with them. They tried to take my payment through my debit card and because I had no money, they went and tried to take money out of my bank. It then put me in the negatives. It was nowhere in the contract that they could do that. I told them that and they said they would send me where it showed it was and they never did. They kept sending me emails asking what they could do to “help” and every time I would ask for something to help me out with COVID-19 related problems, they would just say “we can’t do that cause you signed a contract” even something as simple as moving the date out a few days. Terrible company. Terrible service to their customers. They don’t care what is going on and pretend to want to help but only keep referring back to the contract. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!
