I had Johnathan with Regional help me the other day. Not only was he a pleasure to work with but he went above and beyond to make me feel confident that Regional Finance had my best interests in mind.. I was really impressed how he was able to deal with my needs over the phone and at the same time help his customers at his desk with professionalism and not make either of us feel our needs were not met. Usually it's a pain running into a branch to ask simple questions and I feel like the people I talk with have much more important things to do. The people working the day my loan funded were polite and happy to help me. I would n will refer many of my friends n family to Johnathan in the future..

I worked directly with Maria from start to finish on my application, all the way through from my approval to the recieving of the funds. She was very thorough, informative and kind! I recently got a loan with them and find the employees at the branch in Milcreek to be very friendly, and eager to help their clients out no matter what. At no fault of Regional Finance I had a couple issues when cashing my check, it turned out to be due to a snooty bank teller instead, however Regional Finance where still willing to cut me a whole new check.
