Terrible service, they do not provide you with the information needed to abide by the qualifications for said loan. They will also close your account without asking or giving a heads up.

Today I Opened A New Account At This Wonderful Credit Union. I Felt At Peace Where My Money Was Going To Be At. The Customer Service Was Marvelous From All The Ladies. Tammy Assisted Me And She Did A Perfect Job. Glad To Work With You Guys … Thanks Again

The ATM out front had a bit of a mishap and didn't give out the money I had withdrawn. While this would normally be a bad sign, the friendly staff at GCCU worked most of the day to find and fix the problem, and had my cash in my hands by the end of the day. Top rate customer service, and friendly emloyees!
