Was very impressed with the way they answered all my questions and the options they have for kids .. they quickly set me and my kid up an account and the incentives they have for kids to start saving is awesome!! Very excited about my kid to start banking here!!

I have felt with them for many loans and banking needs and they always are quick, efficient and courteous. New review: 5 stars. UCCU corrected the issue and debited the interest amount to my account. I appreciate this greatly! Prior review: One star, and wrote this:Obtained an auto/title loan through UCCU. They funded the loan but then took 2 weeks to get the money to me. I have been charged for interest during that 2-week period of time. So, they charged me interest on money I hadn't received and they hadn't disbursed, while they also made interest/return off that money. I have been frustrated about this but can't find anyone at UCCU who cares enough to discuss it with me. :(

I absolutely love Uccu. I especially love that I have a branch right in my town. I appreciate how willing the people are to help me and my family with our banking needs. They’re so friendly and always make sure that our business is taken care of and they care about us personally.

Kudos to two members of the UCCU office in Nephi- Britney ( who patiently listened to me and tried to resolve a misunderstanding) and Dan the assistant Manager (who went a step further in the process and has ensured that I am a happy, satisfied customer.)
