Badly needed a loan and the two people on staff when I went into the office were able to get the entire process out of the way with the cash I needed in my hands in about 10 minutes. I called ahead to see what sort of documents I would need and with that info it was a simple thing that helped me out a ton. I was expecting an awful, hours long process with the possibility of it not even working out in the end but it was the opposite.

I had a hard time making 1 pmt. They would not push it out or extend out the loan. Instead they cashed entire amount of original check even tho I had made a few pmts and did not owe the entire original balance. Which I now know is illegal. I will never work with them again.

I received GREAT help from everyone working there, I came in twice, first to get details and then the next day to get the loan. I needed some quick cash for a family matter, and these guys came through for me. thank you, michael

Chris and the other tellers are fantastic people and work very hard to have the best customer service.

Always extremely helpful. Considering I don't have a traditional bank account it makes cashing large checks quick and easy.
