I'm very sad to even have to be writing this, I have been with Best financial for 7 years I have done 4 loans through them. I've always had the most pleasant experience when the old employees were there. Now that the new employees are there I don't know what's going on. They are the most disrespectful women that I have ever met. And the manager of that location is even more disrespectf. I have 3 more payments on my truck and the manager had the nerve to call me the other day. And she said you have a late payment hahahaha and then hung up. I don't find that to be professional in any shapeway or form. I don't recommend this office,They even threatened to repo my truck after I made my payments. And I have perfect payments with them, perfect.

Made getting a car loan easy , will go out of their way to ensure the loan process is smooth and fast .lay all the details on the table up front . Would highly recommend
