Jody Nutt was the most helpful human being I've ever talked to in the world of finance possibly...certainly in the world of self directed IRAs. Extremely knowledgeable and just wants to help whether it's with Bank of Utah or another company. If you're thinking about self directed IRAs (i.e. for real estate) I HIGHLY recommend you call her!
