Pacific Horizon Credit Union, Payson, UT

I have been banking with these guys for nearly ten years using the springville and spanish fork branches. I've recently moved to Santaquin and the nearest branch is Payson. I have had nothing but problems with these guys. It's always some reason why I can deposit or cash a check. Specifically with the egotistical punk who works the drive through. I wouldn't recommend doing buisness here. They put there customers last.

Great Credit Union! The employees are always nice, management is amazing. Love the small CU feel, would much rather do business with them than big chain banks.

I first had written a negative review due to a one time experience in regards to my sons title being lost. I had LORI Reach out to me and she is a peach! she did not treat me negatively or rude for the review. she called me and did all she could to make it right. Took a week to have the other party come in and do the necessary paper work but she kept me updated and was so apologetic. She is the definition of "amazing customer service". THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH LORI!!!!! YOU MADE MY SON SO HAPPY AND WE CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH ♥

If I could give this place a zero I would for some employees and their service. The young man that works there is very unprofessional and rude. Perhaps since he’s in the drive thru it’s hard for the client to make a seen since they are unseen.,
