I had the pleasure of working with Karly Houskeepeer, she truly was great; super sweet very welcoming and I didn't feel intimidated going in for my first auto loan! Truly couldn't have had a better experience, thank you guys so much! Their tellers are all so kind also, I love it there!

I don’t bank here and wouldn’t want to. I have a family member who does and are in a real tough spot this year. This “community” credit union could not even approve a skip payment so they could have some money for Christmas. They are negligent to struggles that their paying customers may encounter. Outright rude.

Really like this bank. Haven’t had any issues, they’re very helpful over the phone. Kind of annoying I have to go into the bank to deposit checks though, all of their machines say it’s not available & it says mobile deposit isn’t an option. Going to try to call them & find out if I can activate mobile banking, it’s hard to get to the bank when we work the same hours they’re open. Sharamie helped us with our car loan & it was so quick & easy, I was shocked. She also is very helpful in answering my questions about a home loan, as we prepare to try to apply for one in the coming year.

Caitlyn at Eastern Utah Community Credit Union is so helpful. I needed help on 3 different occasions. She was always willing to help, and got it done quickly and efficiently! She was delightful and helped to get what I needed done. Eastern Utah Community Credit Union is lucky to employ her!
