I mainly use the same location and the reason I use the same one is because of the outstanding customer service that you have at that location. In my opinion every single one of the ladies that I have had the pleasure to work with at that location has known their job how to best do it and have had immediate answers to the questions I had asked every time and without needing to cross check with someone else they each are an absolute pro in both the way they carry themselves and also the manners that they use in all situations that have arisen while I was present. They are the reason I go to that location and if they haven't all gotten a pay raise recently they all deserve one without the ladies at this location you would not have maintained my business because the issues I have had with the netspend card service and phone calls I have made concerning it have been atrocious at best and if not for these ladies present cheerful and knowledgeable service I would no longer be a customer.

I had to come and take a payday loan, I hate doing it but there are times that you have to, the young man that helped me was absolutely amazing and made me feel very comfortable, he was a total sweetheart and very kind you need more people like him working in that kind of environment! The people that work here are nice, but sadly need a bit more of training when it comes to ask for personal information. You should NOT ask someone to say out loud their SSN# it was the weirdest thing ever. Give the person the form, and ask the person to write down their own info. Honestly, it felt so uncomfortable. And the same thing when saying if someone was approved or not. They make the whole situation so embarrassing because everyone around can hear. One word: TERRIBLE
