I can't tell you how much I appreciated their help during some extremely hard times. Not only did they always answer immediately and knew exactly what to do, but they have also been so kind and accommodating. I can't thank Regional Finance enough for being both fair and pushing their limits for me during these hard times! Absolutely recommend going with them if you ever need any help. One day late and they will blow up your phone, a couple days later they will blow up your contacts. Haven't missed a single payment, interest rate isn't great either. There are way better options out there.

Preston was wonderful! He was so kind and so helpful. His southern charm was warm and inviting. He made me feel important and didn’t make me feel embarrassed for having financial issues. I would really recommend Regional finance to anyone and definitely go to Preston for assistances.

Terrible customer service. I almost went through with a loan but once I got the loan documents there were several discrepancies. I was told 3 years, it said 5 years. I was also told that insuring my collateral was free which is was actually listed at over $1000 cost to me. I was rushed and called insanely to sign these documents, which made me slow down and read them word for word. I kept getting voicemails that just got nastier and nastier when I didn’t sign within 10 mins. I was actually in the hospital with my 9 year old. The tone of voice got more terrible and demeaning with every voicemail I received. I would not recommend anyone to do business here. I went to one main financial and was able to get double the amount at a way lower interest rate, literally almost HALF!

Predatory Lender Said my debt/income was to high for a loan, which I can respect. But instead of denying me flat out, made a counter offer of 73% of what I asked for, still ok, but at 2.5 times the interest of the first offer... So clearly they thought I could afford the first loan as the second one would cost me 120% more in interest over the life of the loan and have a 45% higher monthly payment. They just hoped I was desperate enough to take it. Unfortunately for them, I was only making this request to save money on consolidation, not out of desperation. *Edit* Reply tells me to message customer service but I did before I even left this review and never got a response
