I love the company and I'm grateful for their help as I qualify. However I feel like I'm being bullied within the grace period time of pay. Life is not always Fair for either side but I have been making my payments. Even though it may not be on the day or before. There needs to be a lot more fairness and courtesy. Also I feel like I'm single down because it's difficult with the language barrier of understanding. I speak English not Spanish and at times on the phone it's hard to understand the accents for they do not speak English clearly it's broken English. I'm always grateful to get on the other line with others that speak English clearly so that things are done clearly and professional and with kindness. This deters me from coming back again. And I know I'm responsible for my payments. My life can be very challenging yet I never miss a payment and appreciate the courtesy and kindness of reminders but not in a bullying way I'm not in collections. I feel this is the only way I can correct a behavior that's going on there as it has been reported on the customer service line. Thank you world finance you are a great company just needs a little bit more professional in the Provo store.

Had a wonderful experience. I have a previous bankruptcy and they were still willing to help. The employees in the Provo location really went above and beyond for me. They really are a company that treats you like a person not a number. I highly recommend.
