We have used community lending for several transactions and can say that Justin Bancroft is one of the best! He is clear and thorough and gets the job done in a timely manner! The communication we got was awesome and never left room for question that something wasn't going right. Would definitely recommend Community Lending Group but also especially Justin!

If I could give more stars... I would. Justin Bancroft was so incredibly amazing to work with. He was very quick to respond to any questions that I had and made sure that I fully understood the process and where we were at with things. In this market he had to deal with me quite a bit while I went through the process of putting offers on multiple houses over the last 8 months and he did it with grace and patience. I couldn't have asked for a better person to have on my side during this process. If you are in the market Justin is your man!

This lender was very difficult to work with. More specifically, Brad Barton. Luckily, he wasn’t our lender but was the lender for the buyers of our old home. They continuously pushed the signing date and would promise to get a clear to close but then would make up an excuse for not getting it. They were consistently dishonest with us. Because we had to push the signing date, we had to change the date for our movers which cost an extra $400. The lender promised to pay for half of it then reneged saying they couldn’t do it. We talked to the lender’s supervisor who insisted it wasn’t the lender’s fault for pushing the signing date. They would not take accountability for anything. It would have been nice to have some semblance of honesty and integrity, but those traits are non-existent for this lender. If I could, I would give them a no-star rating. Do not work with them. You have been warned.

Had the best help, feel like I gained a family!!! They went above and beyond their job and took more time than a good therapist to help me with decisions and made the paper work so simple and easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!
