Buying my first home was a bit overwhelming with everything I had to learn. I spoke with several mortgage brokers but it wasn't until a friend recommended Burgess that I felt at ease. Burgess and Cynthia are awesome! Someone referred them to us when buying our first home a few years back and they helped us through the whole process and got us a great rate. We used then again when we sold and purchased a new house and one more time when we refinanced. They have access to the best loans and rates and always give us the best saving us a lot if money. We will certainly use them again.
