After having another pleasant experience with MACU , I can not leave a review. It was their associate Valerie at the Roosevelt UT branch. Besides being very professional, She is a person who just sends you good vibes ! She was very nice, sweet to my kids, made me feel like family! Employees like her and other associates that we had experience with , make MACU our favorite bank !

Thanks to Gordell! There is a long line. People have been waiting patiently. I get to the teller and thats when Gordell decides to come and chat with my teller asking him to come to the back room. There are 3 more people behind me. Great timing Gordell!

I went into mountain America credit union to get a loan and the banker was most helpful and friendly.

Quick to sell you a loan but not quick to give good customer service. Paid my loan within 7 days and can't even get a call back about an issue with their payoff system. Had to call customer service.

My fiance and I are so happy to have chosen a credit union that is so friendly and helpful for our first joint account and credit card. Braiden also guided me through refinancing my car and personal loans for an incredibly low interest rate! This credit union will also noterize documents free of charge. We are looking into moving all of out banking needs here.

I love Mt America...The people are so nice and willing to help you get what you need..They try their best to answer all your questions and help you try to solve them...They treat you with a lot of respect and make you feel that no matter what you are important to them..
