Melanie, Chris, and Danielle are all awesome. I came in for a personal loan. They were all very courteous and friendly. They answered and addressed all my questions and concerns. The process of applying for a loan was hassle-free. Great professionalism on their part. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a loan. They really treated me well here. Chris is such a pleasant guy to work with. He made my loan process fast, simple, and hassle-free. It only took minutes to get my loan process in order, reviewed, and approved. And he even followed it up with a courtesy call. In such a time like this where people are often high-strung and frustrated with COVID-19 related financial stress and difficulties, it's really refreshing to come into the Roy branch office of Dollar Loan Center and be treated with respect, courtesy, and be greeted by someone with a pleasant disposition. I know how it can be frustrating dealing with people sometimes. Customer service at this place was top notch! I had a great experience getting a loan here. Danielle, was completely amazing and so helpful. She helped me get the funds I needed even with minor hiccups. She was great to my kids, very friendly, welcoming and treated me like I was a person and not just a transaction. Getting loans are always scary, but with Danielle's help it was just a great experience. Thank you

If I could I would give them 0 stars. Kept us there for 40 minutes until they decided they needed to call and verify employment. Meanwhile, we had paystub, been at same employer for over 9 years, wearing work clothes with company logo and since the office closed prior to them calling we were refused a loan. Seriously?! Don't waste your time with this crappy place. There are plenty of other loan agencies close. That actually value their customers.

Melanie is a true blessing, and a grace of kindness, love, helpfulness, empathy & sympathy that is genuinely rare; she is sweet, understanding, as well as thoughtful & eloquent in her delivery! I love Dollar Loan Center, as they always come through in a pinch, and Melanie, is, by far, the the most caring & congenial person I've encountered, in all my years of customer service!! I hope she sees & hears this, and fully knows & understands the impact of her regard has had on myself, and I'm certain, many, many others!! Melanie just helped with a loan in a matter of a couple hours. I sent my info in, and they contacted me right away to confirm all the info. I took some pictures and sent them in. The process would’ve been quicker if it wasn’t for me. 🙂 After I actually attached one of the pics it was so quick. Money was in my account instantly. Melanie made the whole process easy and was a pleasure to work with. She knows her stuff!

Went here to try to get a loan worked with Melanie and even tho they ended up saying no the was very professional and kind to me and my wife we do understand it’s out of there control but she still did everything sh could to help us thanks dollar Melanie you’re awesome with some spicy sauce
