They started out so helpful, especially Janet who worked with me on getting all my paperwork in. They got my hopes up by telling me that I could get more than I was asking for and that I was “very likely to be approved” and she was confident my loan would be approved in time to pay rent. I scrambled to get paperwork submitted before the first of the month and even had to register a vehicle I’m no longer driving just because they wanted me to jump through hoops to use it as collateral. The entire time I’m thinking I would be able to pay my rent with the loan I would get from them but I was denied because I don’t make enough and they won’t let me submit anything but my tax return from last year when I wasn’t working because of the pandemic. My agent Janet is a nice person but when she no longer had a potential commission coming out of the conversation with me, she acted superficially apologetic and just wanted to get me off the phone and seemed too impatient to answer any of my questions. I’m severely disappointed and will be homeless because of them. I could have been talking to several different places if they had just told me what the minimum income is and I wouldn’t have run my credit either. Do not borrow from them unless you have to.

DONT WASTE your time I was approved up until providing my bank statements. My friend who referred me has a lower credit score and makes a little less than me. When I asked why my bank statement didn’t suffice they couldn’t tell me other then our system flags things like maybe how long you had it open nope have been with bank for 4 years ok then idk we can get you out something saying more. My friend also uses the same bank. Don’t bother with this place hits your credit for nothing and talking to a manager is just a waste of time to!!!

Fast and friendly. I Was able to do everything online and over the phone. Very smooth process. Highly recommend!

I have zero debt. Don't even own a credit card. But these fkrs keep sending me snail mail lately. No idea where they get my info. But I called corporate and she said they had successfully removed me from their mailing list. We shall see.

The service for the loan itself was good. However i had an old account and trying get support for that is a joke i still have not received any help to be able to login to my online account as their verification process is broken. UPDATE: Thank you for the response but that got me nothing I sent that in 4 days ago with not even so much as a email back letting me know the email was received and being actively assigned or resolved. Customer service is poor in my opinion

This is an excellent company. Although you could find a better interest rate at your financial institution in most cases; we were not approved due to credit score. Fortunately there are options for people with less than good credit. We chose OneMain and although the struggle is real we have received nothing but a willingness to help with every challenge we face. Look at the terms of the loan, and take a good look at the optional coverages for your loan where they will cover payments in case of job loss. It will raise the cost of your loan payment-but your monthly payment will be discussed. We didn’t take it, but could of used it. If you need a loan look around and shop. This place has unfair ways of approving They mailed me several things in the mail encourage me to apply. I have great credit and I don’t miss payments. I’ve paid off loans on less the a year in most cases. This place was one of the less then 2 years ago. but I was turned down because I don’t make a lot of money. I wanted a $10,000 loan to consolidate two loans where the payment is way more than what the payment would’ve been if I was approved. I have NO Credit issue what a joke. All they you with the inquiry and that hurts your credit score, and then you gotta go somewhere else and do it all over again.Just use caution when using these guys Sure my income is part time but it’s been for years and never ever ever late or missed This place is all about how much u make, not you’re great score, payment history Wasn’t not even a consideration Insulting is what it is

After paying off my 10k loan in 4 months I decided to apply for a second loan. First loan was 18.9 percent which wasn't too bad for fair credit. Second loan was offered to me at 35.9 percent. Nothing in my credit report changed and I had same score. Who would pay such high interest. They have lost me as a customer.
