I must start this by saying I always say I’ll leave a review but never do but I had to write a review for these ladies who are some of the best women in customer service/ loans industry that I have ever seen. A special thanks to the GM Miss Charlotte Byrd she is brilliant and really knows how to listen to her guests. I was in and out of there in no time and had the money deposited on my silver card so easy and hassle free with a repayment plan I can afford actually staff was very knowledgeable and transparent the snacks were very thoughtful and I will send them friends and family over any other place. Hats of to Charlotte

Warning. 2years 3 months went in and got a loan with Charlotte. Very high interest rate but she said in a year or so I can refinance. I did and my payment went down $20. My loan was $3900. I have paid close to $12000 with my payoff now is $5000. Tried to work out a settlement with Charlotte. She refused and told me she is repo my car. Paid $12000 on a $3900 loan. Truly predator lending at its finest.

I went into Titlemax to discuss my loan. Charlotte explained everything to me in a way that I could understand things. She was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Titlemax to anyone who likes great customer service.
