I am very impressed with Momentum Loans. Catrina Moody and RanDee Kingston did an awesome job! They were friendly and easy to work with. They were very thorough in the information gathering process so there were no questions by the underwriter. Things went smoothly without a hitch. Thank you!

I have gone through the mortgage loan process before and the difference between this experience with Momentum Loans is a night and day difference. We worked with Lance and Tara and the entire process was simple and smooth. They were both wonderful to work with. They responded promptly to any inquiries I had. The web interface they use to collect the information they need is well designed, easy to use and just looks really nice. I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Whoever came up with the idea for this company should pat themselves on their back.

I've worked with Brendan Dalley for our Home Loan and it's been the best experience I could imagine for any other First Time Home Buyers out there! To the point updates, available and always ready to take my calls and questions, and an all around great guy! We had Amy Hull as our Processor and she was great as well. Thank you guys!

Don’t get a loan with momentum loans! Tyler Payn is a liar, thieving, greedy, coward. He will never pick up his phone or always on vacation, which I don’t understand. Also if you tell him you are unsatisfied of his (Customer Service) he will say your threatening him. He also made promises that he would give me the best rate but, lied and broke his promise. I felt like I was trapped in a contract and rushed, couldn’t get out without paying so I sucked it up. Overall the whole process was overwhelming, unprofessional and the coward never showed up to my closing, cause he knows he ripped me off. Lucky for me I learned a lot through this frustrating process with Momentum Loans and I’ll never do business with them again and also tell everyone to never do business with them!

My wife and I recently purchased our first home with the help of Tyler Payne at Momentum Loans. Throughout the process Tyler was on top of his game communicating with us and responding to any of our questions/concerns within a few hours. He was able to secure a great rate on our loan, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with the final numbers on the loan. I can't say enough about Tyler and the job he did. For any prospective home buyers I highly recommend working with Tyler and Momentum Loans.

I cannot recommend Colton at Momentum highly enough. He was so incredibly helpful, communicative, and supportive through the whole process. He really went above and beyond and I always knew we were a priority. I will definitely go to Colton with any mortgage needs in the future and recommend him to anyone I know! I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Momentum Loans - and more specifically with Mikah and RanDee. They were very professional, knowledgeable, patient, pleasant, responsive and willing to go over every document with me, answering any questions throughout the process. Josh was amazing to work with. He got things taken care of quickly and efficiently and made sure we always knew exactly what was going on at all times. I’m looking forward to working with him again when we (hopefully) refinance down the road.
