Mountain America Credit Union, Saratoga Springs, UT

I love this bank (MACU) but the Saratoga spring ATM (ATM) is always having problems, most of the time it's not working, I honestly know what happens there, inside the bank the girls are super friendly and attentive, willing to help you always . Another reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that the bank doesn't open on Saturdays, if I need anything I need to go to American fork.

Becky was hands down the best banking person I’ve ever dealt with. I transferred to Mountain America and was kind of uncertain about changing banks but she informed me so much and helped me and my wife make some good decisions that will help us in the future in banking.

I have used this credit union for about 10 years now and they have been awesome. I've had two car loans through them, my direct deposit, and my credit card and they have been great with all of those and are always willing to work with me if I have ever needed help. I just bought a new truck and the Dealership I worked with took over two weeks to get my car loan paid off and it hit my credit and hit my Loan with Late fees and extra daily Interest. I spoke with Elandra at this Branch and she got it taken care of and my fees waived by the time the check from the dealership arrived. Highly reccomend this Credit Union but especially working with this branch and Elandra.

Very unprofessional. I can't even get a replacement debit card. I went into the branch and waited for an hour, just to be told that their machine was down. I asked for my card to be sent to my home, so I didn't have to come in again. A week later, nothing! No one ever answers the phone at the Saratoga Springs branch, and I don't feel like waiting on hold for an hour for the call center to pick up. What a joke!!

Awesome location, Great employees, Always a little busy but fully staffed.

I love MACU but this location is the worst! I go out of my way not to come to the Saratoga Springs location. Currently There are 10 people in line waiting to be helped, and there are 5 MACU employees behind a closed teller station just talking and not helping their members. This is a joke! The branch manager needs to do something about the poor service here.

ATM never accepts deposits, and is very picky on withdrawals. If you work during bank hours, (9-5, like most regular people), just accept that this bank will be utterly useless to you. It always says “Unable to process transactions”

No real problems inside but this has been the third time their ATM outside has been unable to take deposits or do withdrawals, which is what ATMs are for. Their outside ATM is still having problems with taking deposits after all this time, several months ago when I first made this review. I had to pay excess in car repairs this month, and had to try and transfer money to my checking in time to not get hit with $50 in overdraft fees, and the ATM for at least the fourth time wouldn't accept deposits.
