Received a call advising me there had been trouble processing my payment. Their system shows I get paid ever 1st and 15th however they were charging me on the 30th. I apologized and asked if they could process my payment on the 1st as that is when I get paid. I was told they would speak to their supervisor about the matter and get back to me. 30 seconds after hanging up I got a notification my bank account has been charged. Never received a call back or anything. Be sure to verify your repayment schedule matches your pay days as there is clearly no leniency.
