Non stop spam calling my number and they keep using different numbers so I can't block them and some how they are bi passing my spam protecting filter don't support a company that harass people like this to try and get sales!

Great customer service, so understanding and kind. The ladies in the store are great, specifically Maria Carillo was so friendly and take the time to explain. Thank you for amazing fast great service. Very clean and neat store. I would recommend this store to my family and friends thank you guys.

Everyone here is very nice. They explain any questions you have. They’re patient and very friendly. Highly recommend if you want to improve your credit score.

The people answering the phone that are in California are straight up asholes don’t even bother talking to them they’re rude and talk over you all the time you’re better off talking to the people at the office in salt lake.

I went in to get a loan and honestly I was feeling stressed, about how long it was going to take but thanks to the staff for making this supper easy and stressed free thanks to Maria and Emely for making this proses super understandable and fast but most of all thanks for this excellent service

This company is a joke. We are trying to buy a house so we paid them in full. When we called to inquire about a letter showing that we paid it, we were sent to a call center in a foreign country even though the office is in Salt Lake. The representative barely spoke English and we could not even tell if he understood what we wanted. Then he said 3-5 business days and that was over a week ago. We called again yesterday and we were again told 5 days to mail it. We have no idea if or when we will get it or what we will even receive, and this is the only thing holding us up from buying a house! We have other companies faxing and emailing the letters so we don't understand why this has to be so hard with just this one company. We paid you, send us a receipt so you aren't holding up our life here!

We are trying to buy a home, we paid off 2 loans with this agency. It has been impossible to communicate with customer service to get a letter of pay off, they don't understand what I am asking for. We have dealt with 17 creditors all of which were able to produce a letter via email. So why can't Oportun do the same?
