I will start off by saying that I have gotten a loan for 4 different vehicles and have done business with Red rock for several years. They have all been paid off as well. And now I'll be sharing my experience. I will say that this is the last time I will be doing business with Mike and it's very disappointing to say the least. I have read through many of the reviews and feel like I may have been the exception because I have never felt like he has had my best interest at heart. It has always been strictly business for him so you can definitely expect to be treated as such. I will never forget the time I received a promotion for a loan in the mail, apparently by mistake, and I felt so humiliated my Mike when I tried to redeem it. It felt as though he did his best to make sure I did not receive it instead of just simply telling me I got it by mistake. And I have had this feeling throughout my entire experience. I would've appreciated some recognition as well for being such a loyal customer but never did and regret staying for so long. The last few interactions have been very unprofessional as well and have made me feel so unwelcome with Red rock. It is important to keep in mind the inconveniences that you will deal with, such as: a fee for every single payment you will ever make, high interest rate, and unsatisfactory customer service. The redeeming star will be for helping me when I needed it the most but other than that, will not be recommending to friends or family.

Mike and Red Rock Financial of Springville are simply the easiest and smoothest place/people to work with! They are professional and they are very efficient. My family has had the hardest year and luck with cars and as soon as we were referred to him they took care of us within 24 hours! We had not one but TWO cars so quickly. They really do take care of you and take a huge load off. I do not have the best credit but they help you! The most important thing to me is that they are HONEST! They helped us not go with a certain deal that we were being taken advantage of. I am grateful and I am sending ALLLLL my family here hehe.
