An employee of mine borrowed money from these folks. I have offered to help settle her debts. We have spent the better part of a week attempting to get them to provide her with a copy of her bill. Apparently their bills are "copyrighted work product" that they do not provide customers. Another excuse was that all their customer records are on a single spreadsheet so it is impossible to print the ledger just of a single customer. That's our experience. Govern yourself accordingly.

Stop dont do it, steer far away from this place. Terrible TERRIBLE place to do busness. They say they will do one thing and not follow through and come back and twist your words. When I offered to just pay my loan off and the interest that had accumulated for the 1 month I had the loan, they wouldn't take that, and charged me 2.5 times my loan. It's your word against the owner and HE LIES...and he will not work with you AT ALL. I REGRET ever doing business with this loan shark. NO STARS DESERVED .

Kyle has been great. Not the best interest around and automatic payments would be super helpful for the customer, but I understand why the company doesn’t do that- it benefits them.

The staff at this loan place are professional and help in every way they can. They are willing to work with you if you are in hard times. If you pay more than your payment they with put the extra at the end if you loan to bring the principal down the more of a payment you bring the more principal you bring down the faster your loan us payed off.

Very bad experience to everyone try to get. A loan PLEASE don’t go to this place I took a loan for 350 dls And i ended paid over 2000 dls they gonna rip you off before sign anything read very careful the contract cuz they not gonna explain you anything and they not gonna warn you about it this place is the worst place to take a loan is a lot more place you can go where that gonna help you and not robbed you Also when you walk to the “office” is an awful a lot of “costumer’s services “ guys work there wich all look very tacky work in pijamas PLEASE AVOID this place like cancer

Stay away!!!! They will never call or text for payment, they will in my opinion lie and lie. Avoid this please ! I believe they are crooks! They’ll use a legal team within days to make a couple hundred turn into thousands owed. The courts stated they have 50-100 cases monthly from desert rock capital. It’s disgusting that what these people do. I don’t know how they sleep at night.
