Absolutely worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Who ever the old lady that works there should literally be fired. She was so rude I can’t even comprehend or begin to tell you my experience. If I could give this place -5 stars I would. That lady needs to be fired snd let go. I will definitely be letting everyone I know not to ever go there, horrible experience.

Go somewhere else, lack of customer service and Alisha there needs more training on what she’s doing. So immature and unprofessional, and that is why you would see a new staff every week. Cause she bite like a dog

They are there to help as a customer that has been there for several years Alisha you know who I am =) seriously people they are not your enemy. if you keep contact and try to work with them they will work with you. I thought the same way at one point but when they were able to work with me and fix the problems every thing turned out nice and easy. also they have the best interest rates in town probably the cheapest Pay day Loan in town.
