A SCAM OF A COMPANY! They are beyond rude and they don’t work with you at all. I cannot wait to get rid of them for good and my contract can’t end soon enough! Update: that $30 late fee has NEVER been waived but whatever makes you feel better. You’ll be taking everything I have just like you’re company always does.

Quality Auto Finance is great to work with. They allow me to adjust the dates of my payments to when I have the money to make them. Very friendly and accommodating.

I live in Maryland. I never bought a car from you. You have me mixed up with someone in Utah with the same name. Your record-keeping is a disaster. I have requested multiple times for you to quit sending me emails. I don't want to see the payment receipts from the other person with the same name. This is a privacy issue. I left one star. I tried to leave zero, but the program would not let me. Please quit sending me emails. Please send them to the correct person.

I have reason to believe that Quality Auro Finance defrauded me out of thousands of dollars. Lawsuit pending.

Staff are rude and Dallas is a beast to work with. She’s always rude when I talk to her not to mention their rates are awful and you end up paying more in interest than the loan itself. I’d recommend going elsewhere for loans
