Loyal Loans, Taylorsville, UT

So I needed a small loan. They were very excited to help me. I was excited to I was behind on a bill and work was slow so My bonus checks were lacking a bit. So I explained my situation and they gave me half of what I needed. That was great I didn't mind taking a smaller loan. So time went on and the next month my roommates didn't pay their rent so I could not make my loan payment I didn't have the money. I explained to them that I couldn't make the full amount and we made payment arrangements.The very next day a gentlemen who claimed to be a lawyer, called the place I used to work and harassed the manager and threatened to sue him for not giving out protected information about me. After my old manager called me and explained what had happened and gave me the phone number of the gentlemen in question. So I called this lawyer and again made payment arrangements. Today is February 23 I work in Draper which is very far from this location and the roads are icy and I can't take the time off needed to make my payment and the "supervisor" used a very unprofessional tone and told me that I would pay the full amount on my loan. I am an assistant manager at an apartment complex I make payment arrangements daily. I have never been so cold to someone who was honestly worried about their own safety. I will not recommend going to loyal loans for help I should have made my payment when agreed upon I understand that however treating me this way was unacceptable.

I can't say enough about how awesome this location is. Lorna stayed late to allow me time to get there then she gave me the loan I needed to make a payment that had to be paired today!! Highly recommended!!!

The employees are amazing and quick to get you in and out, but you still get all questions answered and feel like you have been fully informed of what exactly you are doing. I recommend this location for anyone in need of their services!
