Nicole was seriously amazing. She worked incredibly hard to get us refinanced with my husband having a low credit score. She told us exactly what we needed to do to bring up his score and get it done. She was incredibly responsive and never made me question anything. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She even went on vacation to Hawaii and made sure she still helped us and worked on our loan while on vacation. I never would have expected that of her, or anyone. She really did go above and beyond.
