Kim and her team are amazing! We found our dream home on a Thursday. Then on Saturday morning we heard there was a counter offer but our lender was unreachable to see if we could increase our loan. We then were referred to Kim. Kim took my call on a Saturday and within an hour, had us a pre-approval letter for the amount we needed to secure the home!
