Stopped in to open an account, disappointed by the lack of attention given, not very busy and yet I had to wait while one loan officer was with someone else the other was sitting at his desk with no one to help.
Finally I just walked out.
I mentioned my experience to others in my family and they said they had similar experiences.
Most Credit unions I have dealt with in the past are much friendlier than most banks and really have gone out of their way to serve my needs, I felt as though me business was unimportant to them.

We had an issue with being scammed. Mountain America Credit Union had it resolved with 24 hours.

The customer service I received from 3 different ppl I talked to today. (I wish I would have wrote their names down) were amazing. They seriously need acknowledged. My fault I was stressing a little bit and they were so sweet and helpful. I wish all cust reps were this nice and helpful. If I could give more stars I would. Thank u so much Maryann mcclure.

My experience is not good. MACU found it necessary to close my online banking because I had too many fraud cases in a year. Now this is no fault of mine so I can't figure why I am being punished. It's just like saying it is my fault I am a victim of fraud. Guilty until proving innocence. Overall, over the years I have had an excellent relationship with the folks.
