I had terrible customer service from evelin I got the loan but she was not friendly at all she should work in the back and not with customers.maybe she could try smiling

Advertising states: $5,000 loans in minutes. I requested 4,000 for a family trip, I make enough to cover the cost of the trip, I just don't have it all right now. They wouldn't approve me for more than $500. Advertising is for new customers. If they will only give $5,000 to existing customers, then the advertisement is misleading. This is the first time I have dealt with this business. Now I know they can't be counted on during a time of need.

I needed a simple loan to help me get some work-related licensing and so I could buy a new cell phone. First of all, they claimed information I know I had entered into their webform was missing. Secondly, despite the fact I have a land line where I can be reached, because it was not listed under my name and because my cell phone was missing they refused to extend me a loan. They claimed it was some legal restriction. However, my landline is good enough for my medical providers and my financial institution. They clearly are not willing to work with an individual in their unique and specific circumstances. Don't waste and risk your time with them. They are not the concerned and sympathetic lenders they claim to be.
