The manager was quick to respond to my target amount for a loan with "you might not get it", which made me feel a bit discriminated as I'm young and have tattoos. I may not know why they responded like that but to a potential customer who they didn't even check my information before saying such a thing, it felt very rude to me. They were kind afterwards, but I had already lost interest in working to get money from them as I'm struggling with some unfortunate issues within my family. I make decent money for a person of my age and have not been denied of anything at least without getting checked first. As I was in need of money I went elsewhere to get what I needed.

Very helpful staff. Im struggling with rent at the moment. Moreover their support to my situation has been a blessing. Would recommend if you’re ever behind on bills
