First Cash Pawn, Alexandria, VA

I went there today to try to sell my electronic device and an Indian guy told me how much I can get for my device. I then tried to negotiate and at the end I said ok I will take what you will give me. Then he said no never mind i don't want your device. I then was trying to tell him that you shouldn't lie to new customers because it's bad for business. I humbly left the store even though he had a nasty attitude. I don't recommend no one going here because their first impression was terrible. I would not be surprised if in a year they go out of business. Customer service is key and this place failed terribly.

I came here to sell my Micheal Kors purse and got a great price. The employees and manager are all quite polite, helpful, and kind. I’ll definitely be returning soon when I have something else to sell.

This place is beyond awful, there is an man really old, and my son was trying to buy games and he wasn’t helpful or corporate, I couldn’t understand a word he was saying and he just said goodbye and cursed when my son made an offer and bad service overall, DEFINITELY would not recommend there is a Royal pawn that is about 5 minutes and has way better customer service.

Been coming to this pawn shop for 16 years and the manager has been their the entire time. They have right deals and things can be placed layaway and they can work with you so you don't lose anything pawned. They go above and beyond contacting you in case making a payment slipped your mind.

run by hilariously awful idiots. brought some extra 2022 M2 apple equipment over that my job couldnt use. they said they didnt want it and acted as if I was beneath them. took my talents to Royal Pawn up the street, left with a much better experience and cash in hand. dont bother here.

I've been to this location many times. Good selection and nice service. On the other hand, Royal Pawn on Franconia rd gets 2 stars. Don't shop there. The 30 day return policy is a lie. The owner is a liar. He did it to me over $50, and he will do the same to you likely.

I came in with extra items from my online store I already got condescending looks as I walked in with items these were no longer needed these items were given to me over 6 months ago never opened and never used so I figured why not just sell them the man at the counter was such a horrendous person to me immediately demanded I hand him a receipt to which I explained for him these are items that were gifted at my opening party he was rude as hell if I could give zero stars I would I suggest going to Royal Pawn off of Columbia pike I believe they took my items with no hesitation and understood these items are old and gifted I even asked if I could call the pellet who bought the items to confirm he was still rude this place is notorious for being just awful highly don’t recommend coming here at all
