I attained a debt consolidation loan through One Main financial. I initially was pleasantly surprised by how quick and efficient the process was. I din't realize until after the loan closed that there was a catch. I was charged a $857 processing fee. As a previous banker I am aware that processing fees like this aren't standard, as lenders make thousands of dollars in interest on loans. To add in hidden fees in addition to the interest gained is unscrupulous. So I caution you to review your loan agreement and keep an eye out for such fees. For my part I will ensure I refinance this loan ASAP. They may have gained the processing fee that will lose all the interest they could have earned on my loan had they been ethical in their lending practices with me.

As they know, everybody in bad situation. They send envelopes with great loan offers, but when you submit application it gives "secured" loan offer and you got hard inquiry without finishing your application. What I can say about representatives- rude, unprofessional. If One Main financial team sees this review dear Branch Manager Janelle Jones. Stop sending your offers to my door if you won't be able give loan at the end! About your reply: It has been 40 minutes I am calling your number no one picking up the phone. This is your customer service! You deserve 1 star guys!

I had a great experience getting my loan with OneMain in Alexandria. The process was simple, they were very nice and explained it all to me in easy to understand terms. I am very pleased.

I sent all the paper work and was approved, then out of nowhere I got an email saying I didn’t Qualify, I’d suggest going somewhere else, who know how many people they’ve scammed with this

Outstanding service, advice and financial planning Manuel is an excellent Military and Veterans' Liason. He is a veteran, has served this great nation proudly and needs to be PROMOTED to Regional/Area Manager For Veterans assistance. We don't have to explain what an awards letter from Veterans Administration is, we don't have to keep going over the LES vs paystub syndrome. The service was effective, efficient and serves my needs at this crucial time in my life.
