If I could score a zero I would. I applied for a loan advising I had two jobs but just started the second job and had no pay stub but my employment could be verified by calling my employer. Seemed to be ok loan processed approved for 15000 only asked for 5000 called business to get payee info for vehicle I wanted to purchase everything done then boom! No stub no loan. They knew I did not have that stub so why was my loan even processed??? Bad business practices in my opinion. Now my credit score that I value a lot has gone down for nothing!!! I complained to corporate and the BBB. I hope the location gets shut down!!! Never ever use this company!!! Your local credit union is probably a better deal which is where I wish I had gone to start with. Sorry way to do people.

I had gotten approved for a car loan through a phone call at a nearby dealer. A couple of hours later I bring in bank statements because I get paid in cash. They said I only make $400 a month. Now I’m not approved even with a co-signer? Now if I decide not to put my wages in a bank that’s my decision. If I only get paid $400 a month how would I pay my rent, electric bill, cell phone bill and insurance not to mention everything else? All they had to do was call my employer or ask me for a written statement from my employer or even look at my last 19 years of filling taxes. You would have seen my income. Ohh well. Me and my co-signer will go to our bank and get a loan instead of dealing with people that don’t know how to do their job. Don’t tell someone they are approved and then tell them they are not. Do the paperwork first. Then make the phone call. Quit wasting people’s time. I could do their job easily with common sense and courtesy. Places like this should be considerate to people’s needs especially during a pandemic. What Would Jesus Do? He’d would’ve helped someone in need. He wouldn’t have lied to them that’s for sure.

Not only did David give great customer service but he also introduced me to a great song called Hungry Like the Wolf.

The branch manager at the gravesmill location was great and really knows her job!!! She took great care of me as a customer!!! Would highly recommend and for she deserves a Raise!!!! Thank you!!!
