Wach out! Mike Martinez will promise you a $500 gift. But then he will drag his feet for some time. After that he will lie and send a gift card for half. I know $500 isn't much in the grand picture of buying a house, but being lied to like I'm on some greezzy used car lot is very unprofessional.
