I refinanced two of my home loans with Main Street Home Loans and during the height of the craziness that was late 2020/early 2021 when it seems the entire world was refinancing to take advantage of the low rates. Most lenders were taking six months or more to close a refinance transaction, but Main Street was so efficient and made me aware of the obstacles and definitely under promised and over delivered. I secured AMAZING rates on both homes, closed in a record period of time (in that particular environment), had zero lender fees and simply had the best experience. I completed both a refinance and a purchase loan with Main Street and could not ne happier with my experience. My refinance was a bit tricky, with some home insurance claims occurring concurrently, but Main Street was able to sort everything out very quickly and get me closed on time. I went back again for my purchase in November 2021 and was able to tie-up financing QUICKLY which gave me a huge edge in the extremely competitive market I was in. Excellent service, above and beyond.
