I want to thank the Bank of the James for assisting my wife and I with our recent home purchase. We are excited beyond measure that we found our forever home. The entire purchasing process was smooth and everything was explained to us every step of the way. She was not just a numbers person, but made sure that we understood each step in the purchase and buying process, so that we were well prepared and well informed along the way. She gave a personal touch by contacting us periodically to encourage us that we would find out forever home despite a very unpredictable housing market. We are thankful that we had someone like Heather in our corner as we searched many hours for our new home.
