Awful customer service. You wait in the drive thru forever, nobody is every available to talk about accounts and the 800# is worse. You cannot reach a person in under an hour wait. Its 1000 times worse now they are truist. Most recently I was charged $135 for a service charge with no explaination. I called to speak to someone about it and a very grouchy human wanted me to give my social over the phone while she was running the drive thru. I could literally hear people talking through the intercom and cars. I said I dont want to do that and she said its fine. I hung up. I called the one in New Market and they were nice and got the problem fixed. It did not however explain why I was charged nor an Im sorry.

Lady answered phone right away and was very nice to talk to.
