LaTarsia was such a great help to me. She explained all of C & F's payment options. She took the time to answer every question I had and was so friendly. She made me feel so comfortable even though we were talking about a late payment. She may be feel as she really cared about me and C & F at the same time. She deserves to be recognized for her excellent Customer Service skills. If there were more LaTarsias in the world.... maybe people wouldn't mind discussing such sensitive matters with agents that won't make them feel bad for falling behind on a payment. Don’t ever get a mortgage with this bank especially if You’re BLACK they’ll violate every chance they get to take your property away from you! DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY’LL literally rob you and you can’t do nothing about it because they’re a private bank so they get away with it.
