They helped my wife and I big time with getting a load. Due to snow and Covid we were falling behind bills and needed to do some vehicle repairs. They were extremely helpful in getting us approved to help us get back on our feet.

I called this locations twice today the first time the lady was so rude to me over the phone. She said she could not hear me and I would speak more clearly for her to hear me and every time she could not hear me she would get more loud with me and nastier with such an attitude I have ever gotten in my life. In the middle of her speaking with me she hang up on me saying to call again. I was so shock to what just happened I called again and someone else was able to help me. I hope who ever I spoke with first knows what she did was wrong I can't believe people like this works with or talks with people like that. I hope to NEVER speak or have anyone else speak with her because if they do well there goes your good day.
