I must disagree with some of the post above. I've been with the company as a client for over three years. I've falling on hard times in the past year . I've called them to make payment agreements and they've always been willing and able to help. If they call you just return the favor and call them. If you don't communicate with someone how are they to know what your intentions are there not mind readers. Communication is the best advice I can offer it works for me every time. FYI I was three months behind on my payment and they worked with me. They don't won't your car they just want money due to them.

Financed a car for me that was a total loss and I'm just finding out about it four years into paying now I still owe no one will take the trade in and I can't seem to get rid of this company. I wish I would have never bought a car and let alone finance with this company. If I find a lawyer that will take this case I'm definitely going to sue.

I've had them now for about 1 year and a half and have not had any issues. I work a 100% commission job and was helped with great service if I had get anything done!

These people do not follow the law and are a bunch of crooks! They keep reporting to the credit bureau incorrect stuff after we filed bankruptcy.

I had a really great experience witb Carolina Finance. The staff was always very courteous and helpful.
