Mariner Finance, Chester, VA

Walked in asking for assistance with an account cancellation. When the person up front couldn’t answer my question and directed me to the manager, the manager treated me as if I was a homeless person off the street. She started talking badly about me in front of my face. All I needed was a number to reach out to the parent company. She told her associate that she didn’t have time for me. She was not professional at all. I would not work with this office. The only friendly staff was the woman in the front.

Mariner Finance is a great company and the app is very user-friendly. The customer service is very understanding and professional. I can't imagine how I would have gotten where I am currently without their support...

No Loan Agents, AN The Lady I spoke with on the Phone when I got the mail, She was Very Nice an helpeful,"Christy". Once Arriving @The Office in "Chester" other 2 an the head of the office "JB" VERY DECEITFUL Ppl. Never inquired about a loan B4, Except My Main Point..,"Loan Agents". Or may just be me.

I had a pleasant experience with the way they my loan application and Ms.Latoya Jackson . Ms .Jackson was sweet when she explained how and when the loan payment setup to come out on the same day every month. From a very happy customer Ms .Muriel L Myers.
