I needed a few documents notarized at the last minute; I visited this location almost at the end of closing time. Stephanie is accommodating; she understood my needs and notarized my documents. I have also used their banking services frequently; they are always responsive, informative, and helpful. Thank you for amazing services.

I have been banking with them for years. Had a horrible experience today with the drive through tellers. They have to hold my check for 5 days because of something stupid with my boss sending me a check and it bounced on HIS side. I will never do business with member One again

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL: The branch itself did not do anything to illicit my change in review. Sarah Largen, a Manager from Roanoke who does help out at the Christiansburg Office called me and gave me a very sincere apology as well as corrected my issues. She reached out based on this review and by the end of our conversation I was very pleased with the resolution she provided. In my opinion, she went above and beyond to make things right. Thank you Sarah! Your help and kindness are very much appreciated! If I could leave 0 Stars I would. By far the worst banking experience I have ever had. I've given them the benefit of doubt over the years with lots of things. I will be taking my checking, savings, car loan, and line of credit elsewhere. Customer loyalty means nothing to them nor does keeping an account in good standing with no issues. They are extremely unhelpful and do not want to do anything to resolve problems when they arise.

Started charging my account over 13.00 month. They will charge you every fee possible.They don't care about there customers . Just how much they can take from you.

Im so done with this archaic bank. I just got a new card in the mail, with my name on it. I tried to call to activate my card and was told that the last 4 digits of my social security number were incorrect. I got transferred to a person who said that "IF" there was another person on the account, they needed that persons last 4 numbers. They knew that it was a shared account but didn't want to give me that info while needing to get THAT persons social #. The paper that came with the card never gave the information that Id need THE OTHER ACCOUNT HOLDERS SOCIAL NOT MINE! INSANITY.
