Regional Finance, Colonial Heights, VA

Regional Finance was great doing a loan with. This was not my first loan and I feel so great borrowing money with them because they are such a great staff and so helpful. I totally have 100% trust in them.

Rudest staff I’ve ever had to deal with. Constantly told to call back or that someone would call me back when trying to apply. Nobody would ever call me back. Then I call and they don’t ask for information just tell me no. Will go elsewhere.

It was very easy and painless. I just wished I could have gotten more but I'm thankful for you and what I got.

They even bent over backwards to schedule repayment amount as well as a date that worked for me. Mary the branch manager was fantastic. I encourage anyone who is looking for a loan to step inside. I think you will be more than satisfied.

Last time I have pay full paid at the office, and they did not show the left of $9.94 since 4 months later, I got a higher increase of $225.94 by $97.00 each 4 months ouch. They sent me noticed after 4 months.
