Westview Financial Services, Colonial Heights, VA

I got a letter from Westview saying they are here to help during the virus. While I was late on my payment due to no work lined up. They talked me in to signing up for an automatic draft when I get my military disability which isn't what I wanted. They also didn't waive the late fee. I also wanted to cancel my insurance and kept getting talked out of it and ignored so that didn't happen. Also I was told to go sign up for unemployment well clearly you haven't filled for unemployment during this time because it's not that simple. There is one lady in the company that I will prefer to only do business with moving forward.

This place is great! They really go above and beyond in the customer service category. Wonderful people and company to work with.

I have to give these guys credit...They stay on top of things. My overall experience has been great..Wish I could give 10 stars. I needed money at a tough time in my life and West View Financial took care of me. They gave me a loan when no one else would. Leon and Teresa are all around good people. Customer service is amazing. These two will take care of you because they actually care about you as a person and will do their best to accommodate you in a time of need. I don't even write reviews because it is very hard for a company these days to impress me..Lol..I am hard person to please. If you are thinking about West View Financial for your loan needs, don't think twice..These people will definitely take care of you and go above and beyond. Appreciate you all and the amazing customer service. 😉
