Andy and his team are amazing! This is our 3rd transaction with them and I'll tell you they have earned lifetime customers. Highly recommend! Andy is so knowledgeable. He answered every question I had. They care about their clients and it shows. They also sent thank you gifts for a referral. I just love this team! I worked closely with Rebecca for this transaction and she is amazing!

If you are looking for a mortgage or refinancing your house you would be crazy not to use Andy Zemon and his team. I have worked with Team Zemon on multiple transactions and I am always surprised what a pleasant and painless process it. The personal attention you get makes you feel like your his only client!! Rebekah and Christina are awesome!! Christina is always available to answer any questions and Rebekah, who I talked to the most, was always on top of my file. Making sure all documentation was in order to get to my scheduled close. I don't know how many more mortgages I'll need but I assure you it won't be anybody but Andy!

Andy covered every step of the process in painstaking detail and did an excellent job explaining new concepts to first-time home buyers. He was patient with us when we asked (silly) questions. We had the opposite experience with another lender before switching to Andy. He also provided us with several packages to choose from so we could pick between spending more on the perfect house or spending a little less on a house requiring renovations. We felt confident that he had our best financial interest in mind and wasn't just trying to make a quick sale.

He gave me several options to ensure I could make an informed decision that works best for my situation. I'm also really impressed with their online apps and tools. It made the loan application process much more simple than I've experienced in the past during other mortgage transactions. His team is also incredible, friendly, available, and knowledgeable. They kept me updated at every stage of the purchase that I just went through. I never had to wait long for questions to be answered. Their underwriting is super fast and felt very common sense to me when I was asked for any supporting documents. I was grateful the purchase loan was one less thing to worry about when I was also selling my home at the same time. I highly recommend this team for any of your lending or refinancing needs!

I could not have been happier about my experience working with Andy Zemon and his team at Novus. They were a breath of fresh air during the home buying process. Not only were they extremely fast and efficient but they utilized a platform that was extremely user friendly to make sure that we stayed on track with all actions that needed to get loan approved.
